Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the website and related services (“Services”) provided by AgentLabs (“the Company”), establishing the rights and obligations between the Company and users.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set forth the conditions, procedures, rights, obligations, and responsibilities necessary for the use of the Services provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. “Services” means the website, applications, APIs, and all related online services provided by the Company.

2. Threatening the security of the Services through hacking, malware distribution, etc.

3. Sending spam or attempting excessive automated access to the Services

1. All copyrights and intellectual property rights in the Services and related content belong to the Company or their rightful owners.

2. Users retain ownership of content uploaded to the Services, but grant the Company a license to use such content to the extent necessary for service operation and improvement.

The Company protects Users’ personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

Article 8 (Restriction and Termination of Service Use)

1. If a User violates these Terms, the Company may restrict or terminate access to the Services without prior notice.

Article 9 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)

1. The Company shall not be liable for interruptions caused by force majeure, power outages, server failures, hacking, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

2. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.
   
   

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising in connection with the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at the Company’s principal place of business.
